Preventative maintenance contracts are popular for large private houses with high-tech mechanical equipment - we visit regularly, often once a month to inspect all aspects of the maintenance of your property. Residential Redecoration - Landlord Solutions: SOS Chelsea has developed a number of pre-priced landlord solutions to provide piece of mind to the landlord and excellent service to the tenant. For the landlord we flat redecorate involving flat painting, kitchen door hanging, landlord statutory requirements such as Landlords Portable Appliance Test (PAT Test), Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (CP 12), Landlords Fixed Wiring Test. SOS Chelsea has many full-time decorators who work to unyielding standards of craftsmanship.

Estimated Works
At SOS Chelsea we offer a free estimation service.
In some cases, we can provide you an estimation of cost over the telephone or we can schedule you an appointment with one of our dedicated estimators.
All our estimations are based upon our company charges. Our company charges are fixed per hour and per day to ensure our clients can be confident that all estimates are competitive.
Written estimates will be sent out within 48 hours of an estimator’s visit to your property.
Information
Customers will be regularly updated on the progress of their job through regular updates from our dedicated management office.
Using technology, we track each engineer and the progress of each job to ensure the engineer is progressing efficiently.
Using this technology we always try to send the same engineer to the same property as we believe the engineer will work more efficiently with knowledge of the property and we can pre-order parts in advance if required saving the client time and cost.
Policy on Pricing
Our company charges are clearly explained on the company charges section of this website. We only charge for time on the job and the materials used or the agreed cost based on a quotation.
