If you self-manage your tenancies we can provide you will a reliable self management service. We act as your tenant’s first point of contact and we will respond to any emergency in your property and undertake regular inspection of the property.

We provide a spare key holding facility. If your tenant is locked out we can attend to gain access or we can attend anytime in an emergency. By SOS Chelsea being on 24hr maintenance call, 365 days a year, it allows you piece of mind that your property is in safe hands.

We take the call from your tenant so you don’t receive calls day or night and make an assessment to whether an engineer needs to attend or if we can talk
through the solution to the tenant on the telephone.

• Room-by-room decoration

• Replacement of Bathroom Units

• Bathroom Inspection and Repair

• Landlord’s Compliance Package (EPC, CP12, PAT & Periodic Electrical Safety)
